Daycare description / philosophy

My name is Kerry , I have run a home daycare for 21 years ! I am first aid and CPR certified .When your child comes to my house they will be in a large, safe, fun bright area, where we have active play , quiet play , story time, we listen to music, we dance , sing , stretch , whatever we feel seems right at that moment .. We have lots of laughs and fun daily in this room .. We go for walks daily to get fresh air and exercise , we listen to the birds , look at airplanes and helicopters, look for squirrels , bunnies or whatever other exciting things we may see while we are out there .. I have a large back yard with a play structure and many large outdoor toys for when we have outdoor playtime . I offer 2 snacks and lunch daily ! Breakfast must be eaten before coming to the daycare . All meals are home made , not out of a box . I help prepare the child so they become independent with the shoes , sweaters, coats , getting there belongings together Helping with preschool daily milestones the children need to learn .I also assist with potty training when that time arrives . My daycare is open Monday - Friday 7:15 am - 4:45 pm ! My daycare doesn’t have a swimming pool. We do not travel in a vehicle at any time . My daycare is smoke free .
