Daycare description / philosophy

Educare is a homebased daycare established since 2000. It is an academic enriched daycare with age appropiate activities throught out the day. School readiness skills such as language development, reading and writing skills, numeracy, turn taking, sharing and social interaction are developed. Outdoor play is part of the day developing fine and gross motor skills. Nutritious meals and snacks are provided during the day. Positive reinforcement is a vital tool utilized through out the day. There is a dedicated basement developed in a preschool setting with arts and crafts and play area as well as a library and rest area.
