Daycare description / philosophy

My name is Karen and Karen's Playtime has been in operation since 2007. I left the work force to open my daycare and enjoy every minute. My motto is while they are in my care I treat them like my child ,lots of love and nurturing. I like to keep their schedule the same as it as home so they don't break routine. I am a non smoker. I offer breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks. If your child is hungry in between I will give them something small to get them through. Meals are homemade. We have plenty of play space for the children to play both inside and out. Their is a park not far from my house. Summer is spent outdoors enjoying the playtime, picnics, water activities. Days are spent learning sharing, manners, getting along with others. We have story time, time to practice our shapes, numbers, letters and colors and just letting them have fun being a child.
