Daycare Openings, Description and Features

Daycare description / philosophy

Hello parents!
I am a caring, hard working, energetic daycare provider. I'm running a private home daycare in my main floor house, which is located very close to the Canterbury recreation centre. I believe that kids should be learning through making mess and getting their hands busy. We will spend our days at playgroup, parks, library or my full fenced back yard or safe front yard. We do colouring, crafting, reading, singing or just getting ourselves dirty :). Your sweet little one will experience a friendly, full of love, diversity culture (as I came from Vietnam) daycare. The daycare is smoke free, pet free, with very limited screen time as kids are only allowed to watch 30-40 mins TV on Friday or when we celebrate someoneâ€™s birthday. Although I have rules and pre- program activities, the plans can still be adjusted based on your childâ€™s needs. I provide two healthy snacks and a home made hot meal, 2% milk a day, and water is available anytime child needs.

Spots available: 02 full times, 1 part time on Thursday and Friday
When: September 1st, 2017, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am â€“ 5:30 pm
Age: 2 years old and older

A little bit about me: I love my job, love being around kids. I am currently in the first year of Early Childhood Education program at Algonquin College (part time student). I have been working with kids since 2010 here in Ottawa. I have 2 sons age 13 and 16 as well. I have up to date police check, CPR and First Aid.
