Daycare Openings, Description and Features

Daycare description / philosophy

We are a German-Speaking Preschool in Ottawa with a German Immersion Early Education Program for children aged 30 months to 5 years. Children learn German through play within small group sizes and become prepared for the Canadian School System. Our program has routines that focus on singing, crafts, story times and outdoor play. We also have access to a large hall and a garden, which we use for movement games and theatre. We are open daily from 8.30 am to 1 pm.

While the preschool is part of the Martin Luther Church of Ottawa, we are non-denominational. We are inclusive and do not teach particular religious convictions. The children acquire values grounded on a Christian basis such as respect for other human beings, cultures, religions and the environment.
