Home Daycare Now Open! Enrol Now for Full Time Care *Infant/Toddler/Preschool* Offering a warm, inviting, and safe environment promoting peace and a love of learning. Each child grows and learns at their own pace and in their own way. Through many years of teaching, I have been able to successfully implement strategies that are developmentally appropriate based on each child's individual needs. I have learned this through observation, understanding, and patience. The program is based on emergent curriculum incorporating the developmental domains but not limited to Emotional, Social, Cognitive, Creative, Language, Gross Motor, Fine Motor, and Self Help Skills. We are also strong proponents of play-based learning. Activities and learning tools are constantly available for independent exploration. The daycare space is located on the main level of the house with a dedicated playroom, washroom, and sleep room. The kitchen area features an eating space, and an art centre. We offer a walk out to a fully fenced backyard that features a play area with age appropriate outdoor toys. Healthy eating habits play a very important role in a child's growth and development. We offer healthy home cooked meals and snacks incorporating the major food groups.
