Bambi Childcare has been serving the community for 40 years, and has been under new management for the past 6 years. Our program is well known for having caring, long serving staff members who always provide quality care to children regardless of the way that the parents act. Our program offers extra activities for children such as art, gym and music. We constantly update our furniture, toys, and facility to enhance the experience for the children.
It is our practice to walk with the children from our van, to the class and wait until the school teacher takes the child inside. We have a well trained staff member who is assigned to do so and possess all of the required certifications and has been with us for over 4 years.
It is our practice to try and resolve any issue that arises through communication with the parents. Only on very rare occasions if the issue cannot be resolved and the parents will not cooperate we are forced to suspend enrollment from our program.
Yes, unfortunately we had suspended the family in April 2013 for late payments. After reminders and running around after the parents to collect debt that is owed to our program, we felt that the extra time spent on doing this was taking away from time which could be spent on improving our program, facilities and can affect all of the children in our care. This suspension was the first time that we have ever had to do so.

WHAT KIND OF DAYCARE LETS A 5 YEAR OLD CHILD CROSS THE STREET IN THE MORNING BY HERSELF UNSUPERVISED AND LATE, AS MY SON WAS ALSO LATE MANY TIMES TO KINDERGARTEN, SO THERE WERE NO CROSSING GUARDS TO EVEN WATCH HER WHILE THE TEACHER SAT IN THE VAN. BECAUSE I GUESS IT WAS TOO COLD THAT MORNING. I HAVE NEVER WITNESSED SUCH GROSS MISCONDUCT IN MY LIFE! AFTER COMPLAINING ABOUT IT MY CHILD WAS THEN NOT GIVEN ANY ATTENTION AND THEN WAS THROWN OUT.REAL GOOD DAYCARE.
