My overall morning tour of this facility was not positive. The smell was really bad, the garbages were over flowing. It was dark and dingy and very little pride was apparant. The place was unkept. The room where the kids were sleeping wasn't clean and they were sleeping on mats on the dirty floor. I would not recomend this place to anyone. None of the staff was happy or it seemed forced. Not a pleasent environment.
