Less than impressed. There are a couple of good staff members but a decrease in professionalism and trust in the services offered from the daycare. The staff looking after children during day are usually gone when you arrive at the end of the day so no one knows what has gone on with your child during the day! This is especially annoying if your child gets hurt from another kid and you cannot get any info on what happened. There is no effort put forward by the daycare to have communication with the parents and I believe that is very important!!!
