Safety of young children is not given top priority, this is based on several incidences involving my two children. The staff did not attend to my concerns in a professional or vigilant manner, but instead disregarded them. The Supervisor of the Aurora Heights location is very unprofessional. Although I liked the facility and it's location, I have serious concerns about the safety practices and lack of vigilance demonstrated by the staff.
