The infant room was wonderful. The staff working in that room were really attentive. When my child had to move to the Toddler room I saw several times lack of attention towards the children. The ladies in this room would stand and talk to each other not paying attention the the children playing. Even times when I saw a child crying on the floor- the one staff ignored him , and let him cry while she walked away. I saw in another room a staff making a child stand alone in a fenced in area in the snow while the other children played. There was no place for him to sit and he looked confused. When I asked why she said he got in trouble because he was jumping ahead. The lack of attention from most of the staff here is terrible and I had to remove my son and place him in another day care.
