It is worth mentioning that we had very bad experience with KNELC. Our three and half year boy was attending KNELC for almost half year. After few random visits during the day we observed the same situation over and over again: children stayed on their own and the teachers were taking care of cleaning the place or simply resting outside. We decided to leave this place peacefully and we wrote a letter, thanking all their stuff for the care and officially announced our contract termination. The letter was ignored for the first week and all following emails. Director stopped talking to us and avoided any contact with us. We called ministry of education to explain the situation. Just after that our sonâ€™s dietary food was returned in full for three consequent days. He stayed hungry all day. Finally, they confirmed, but the income tax was due soon and they failed to provide a receipt as required by law. Please stay away from KNELC and find a place your child really deserves.
