Our son has been attending KNELC for about a year now and we could not be happier. The staff is always helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. My son (who is just starting to talk) tells us rambling stories about Chelsea, Dalia, and Jo-Jo (Joanne). He is honestly excited to get dropped off in the morning, which makes our mornings so much easier. The staff provides a safe and warm environment and is also very geared towards learning and following rules, which makes following rules at home so much easier. The facility is always clean, and they have a large outdoor space for the kids to play. They follow a structured schedule with lots of activities in order to help develop important skills. They also provide a daily report, outlining how your child's day was (how much they ate/drank; how long they napped; what kind of mood they were in all day; what activities they did/enjoyed; etc.) Overall, I highly recommend this daycare. In watching my sons development over the year, I am very pleased with the results so far!
