My son has to have surgery on his nose due to their negligence. He had stuck something up his nose, no report was made, when i notified the teacher something had been found in his nose, she openly admitted to pulling out fussy balls out herself. But no report was made, why was there something in a toddler room that size tha tit would fit in his nose or be swallowed? Why wasn't anyone notified about this problem? For these reasons I have removed my son, and I suggest if your child is in the facility then pay carefull attention and be sure to ask daily about anything you may haev concerns about, becasue they certainly will not proactivly do this.
