I will keep this review short: Cons - high staff turn over. Teachers seem abit childish at times. Once when i was picking up my daughter they were still outside on the roof with the children and it was raining. I found that abit unsettling. - price , for the amount we pay for a toddler room we would expect that our child would be learning. Which my child was not. A good majority of the childrens time was spent outside doing recess which in my opionion is not well organize because there are many kids wandering about doing different things. Reccess is not an organized activity which i believe it should for toddlers atleast. - Lack of maternal/paternal skills, there is just certain common sense that you cant teach staff its either they have it or they dont. For instance if a child was 5 minutes back breakfast time and i was hungry a regular daycare provider would still provide the meal granted that they were not preparing the kids to leave to go outside.
