Daycare description / philosophy

Hi, my name is Samantha and I am a mother to 3 boys aged 5, 9, and 10 yrs. The older boys are attending St Albert The Great school in Mckenzie Towne. I am currently accepting Before/After school care for students attending this school. I also have Full/Part Time spots and am available to do drop-in care for any ages.
I have been working towards my Diploma in Early Childhood Eduction for a few years now on-line through Bow Valley College. I currently hold my Level 2. I also have Security Clearance, First Aid/CPR levels B & C, as well as Child Welfare checks, I have 6 yrs. of dayhome experience and plenty of happy parents and kids to refer to you!
My bsmt. is dedicated to the children and hosts a variety of inclusive and educational activities. Some of the areas of learning that we concentrate on a daily basis are Gross & Fine Motor play, Social/Emotional Development, Pre-Reading, Math and Early Literacy skills. We can frequently be found at many of the green spaces and playgrounds throughout the East McKenzie area, providing weather conditions are suitable. I have a bouncer that is set up weekly in the bsmt. during the colder months to provide an outlet for all the excess energy little ones usually have:)
2 healthy snacks and lunch are provided daily that contain the 4 food groups, and baking is often sent home with the children as it is a weekly event for the children to participate in.
