Daycare Openings, Description and Features

Daycare description / philosophy

Hello Parents, Teachable Moments Home Daycare is now open near Merivale and Viewmount. Children learn about themselves and the world around them through play. I take pride in setting up my home and routine to support children's development and natural tendency to explore. I have 3 full time spaces available for children 2 years and older and one space for an 16 month old.
At a cost of $35 per day, I provide:
- Care Monday through Friday from 7:30- 4:30 with some flexibility.
- A safe, fun learning environment.
- Nutritious breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks per day.
- A play-based curriculum.
- Structured activities and free play.
- Fun in the backyard as well as walks to nearby parks and children's events at the Childcare Providers Resource Network building.
My credentials:
- Early Childhood Education Diploma
- BA in Psychology
- First Aid and CPR level C
- Police Record Check
- Regularly attend workshops to continue to grow as a childcare professional
